Refund policy

At Pawzzle India, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  • You have a valid order ID/proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned once delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Grooming tools and accessories (brushes, nail clippers, wipes)
  • Litter accessories and litter-related products
  • Feeding bowls, mats, and any consumable-adjacent items
  • Any product that has been used, opened, or shows signs of wear

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/video of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification — no questions asked

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [Support@Pawzzleindia.com] with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and share pickup/return instructions
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders)
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (for eligible non-hygiene items only), the customer will bear the return shipping cost

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the policy above.
