At Pawzzle India, we work hard to get your pet's favorite products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery to metro cities is generally faster (4–6 business days), while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer (7–10 business days).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on courier partners and external factors beyond our control (weather, regional disruptions, courier delays).
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹399.00.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹9 applies to orders below this amount.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order status anytime using this link or by contacting our support team with your order ID.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on most pin codes across India.
- COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch to reduce fraudulent orders.
- A small COD handling fee of ₹[if applicable] may apply, shown clearly at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Support@Pawzzleindia.com with your order ID, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
- In the rare case a shipment is lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or full refund after confirming with the courier.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Support@Pawzzleindia.com — we cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India to most serviceable pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, this will be indicated at checkout.
